I have had to send this scope back twice due to problems with the scope. The first time it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and going through the RMA process was a nightmare. This past time I called and the phone actually got answered. I worked with Faris Oran and he was very helpful and made sure the process was handled timely. The scope itself is good when it works. Hopefully I don't have to send this one back...

The customer service and support I have received far exceeds anything that I expected. On one occasion I had problems with a mounting software for an IRA illuminator and promptly received a new unit.On the latest occasion I wanted to purchase an eyepiece for my day night 4K pro which I had lost. It was promptly replaced for me. Unbeatable level of support, thank you!
I have had 4K Pro for a few months, must say I am very pleased with it. Wasn’t sure what to expect as this is my first night vision product but I’m impressed, hasn’t missed a beat and has totally changed my night hunting experience. If you are on the fence about buying one , I can assure you, it’s an awesome product. And thanks to Faris Oran of ATN , has been a great help.
