RecommendedFaris Oran was quick to get me the info needed on my order. Always good when a company has good people doing good work. Looking forward to getting my order and getting to the woods.
I like the X-Trac remote access control because I can mount it in a more convient location on the rifle. It also has a few more features over the scope control. I could not get the unit to pair at first, so I called ATN support and talked to Faris Oran. He told me to change the battery. It paired on the first try after the battery change. This is a very handy unit.
Had a problem with my ATN thermal scope and Faris Oran from customer service took great care of me. He not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond to overnight the scope back to me in time to hunt. Excellent customer service.
