Chandler was out today a Mimosa Arms Apartments to do our regularly scheduled pest control service. With me being new to the apartment complex, this is my first time seeing how he interacts with our tenants. Chandler was very courteous with everyone and always made sure to ask if there were any concerns with each and every tenant. I am highly impressed with his professionalism and look forward to working with him again.

Technician Chandler is very thorough in finding out what problems we’ve been noticing, telling/asking what to look for and creating the exact blend of potion to take care of and prevent any of the pests we discussed.
