My installers, Shawn R. and Tyler, did a great job replacing a cracked window. Showed up right on time and were very nice. Got the job done very quickly.
Installer Mr. B. A**** was wonderful job installing and cleaning up the job. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Got the job done very quickly and efficiently. I would rate them 6 stars!

I only wanted an estimate but when they showed up I had to watch a hour long video about the company. After I finally got their estimate the guy refused to leave until I took their offer. I'm a woman and I live alone. I was shaking and crying dialing 911 before he would leave my house. When I called the company they said that they train their salesmen to be aggressive and said that I wasn't going to get their promotional price since I didn't agree to use them while the salesman was at my house. We are very pleased with AHD and our new windows. Our installers, Benjamin A**** & Colton were so polite, easy to work with, and did their job efficiently. We had some odd-sized windows as they are over a hundred years old, and they double checked to make sure our custom windows fit well in this situation. Benjamin's co-worker, Colton even cleaned out our gutters while they were up on our roof installing the windows! That was very much appreciated & showed they cared about us as their customers! Tim and Patrick P**** just finished the second project they did for us and, as expected, their service in installing the doors was as efficient and professionally completed as was the first project. In addition to knowing their craft, they also know how to tell time and communicate. Appointments made and kept with on time arrivals. That's a real bonus!
