We have used American Home Design for window installations the past two years. We have been very satisfied with the entire process and the gorgeous windows that gave our house a face lift. Sam and Anthony, the most recent installers were very nice men, they were professional, and did an excellent job.

Do not use American Home Design. We have been getting the run around from them after signing a contract with them in January for windows. Their communications about being a customer first company are clearly a marketing ploy as we have been lied to and mislead throughout our entire process. Harley has been entirely unhelpful and often times condescending throughout this entire process. At the end of this deal we are leaving feeling not appreciated from being treated as a transaction and not as a customer. You mean nothing to... read more

We just recently got our windows replaced by AHD, and the installer we had was very thorough. We have also purchased a water system from them as well and have had no problems getting assistance on maintenance/repairs/replacement parts. Thank you

This company recently did a tub-to-shower installation for us. The installer did a good job but we are unhappy with the product he was given to install. We noticed too late in the installation process that the shower pan was too narrow. The space could easily accommodate an available wider pan, which we expected. But the company sent a narrower pan. Now our shower space is much narrower than our old tub at shoulder height. About 22 inches between the grab bar and curtain causes so you to brush against both while showering. A... read more

I purchased new windows from American Home Design a little over 10 years ago. I had 3 windows to lose their seal. AHD was true to their warranty and replaced the windows! We have had their products (windows and doors) since 2010. We were pleased with the whole installation process then. We have had several replacements, all under warranty, twice in these eleven years. All went well. Our installer, Shawn R., did a wonderful job yesterday replacing a door lock and two windows (one arrived broken and will be replaced next week). Thank you Shawn.
