Unfortunately our experience with American Home Design was extremely unpleasant. My mother and I recently purchased a home together and have been working on improvements. I called to request a free in home estimate. They came and were pleasant enough to start out with. Then they pulled out the power point and example models. The product itself seems like a good one. A walk in shower has just been installed and the old shower/tub removed. Travis S. did an amazing job. He was professional, very polite and most importantly on time. Travis kept me informed about the different steps on the installation and his set-up and take down of material was very much appreciated. The clean up after the installation was done was very much appreciated. My only complaint is that it is in my hall bathroom and not my master bathroom. But - my guests will love it. We used American Home Design for our window replacement and are highly satisfied with the installation and service provided by Jonathan B***** and his teammates Karen and Larry! They were great to work with and kept us informed every step of the way! We love our new windows and are so glad we chose AHD for the process.
Installer Shawn R. Was great, he fixed our screen in no time and was very informative about our questions and is going to make sure all our concerns are taken care of. Will update when the concerns are taken care of.
We had our tub removed and a walk in shower installed. Cameron was extremely efficient, professional and the workmanship is beautiful. We will definitely use them again for other projects!! We recently had installation of a few new windows in our home and the experience was 5 stars. This is the second time we did business with American Home Design and we would not go anywhere else. The quality of the service from the office staff, our sales person and install staff is better than any other company I have dealt with.
