Tyler L**** came out to replace our door knob. He was very nice and accommodating; great customer service!
Good company to work with. Travis S**** was competent installer who was friendly, explained things well and asked our opinion about several items. He did an excellent job in protecting our floors and then cleaning up when finished.
We changed to a walk-in shower due to health reasons. We wanted a company that we could trust who would use quality materials & qualified installers. We definitely got a win on all counts with AHD. The shower is beautiful, the installers, Jon W***** was careful, clean and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was to our liking, asking us what we wanted in multiple features. These included, but we're not limited to the height of the shower head & shower rod. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!
The entire team was amazing to work with from walking into the showroom to the follow-up call upon completion of our walk-in shower! Haley H. was great with presenting us with the product and answering questions. Bob B. was perfect during the installation process and never tired of our dozens of questions. He also made sure he cleaned the work area thoroughly, once he completed the job. We are extremely pleased with our experience with American Home Design!

American Home Design is a local company that provides excellent products made in the USA, some locally made in middle TN. Our acrylic shower is beautiful with all the bells and whistles. Installer Bob B**** is A+ excellent top tier. Harley D***** and Brian L******* have been very helpful. I would recommend American Home Design.
