We originally signed a contract with American Home Design March 2019, work was not completed till June 2019. We had an issue right from the beginning with water leaking around the roof where it wrapped around our chimney. Called and filed a complaint with Kathy, took about 3 weeks for them to get out there. Deck roof bad installation in 2019 - installer came out and caulked still leaking. Getting into wood where roof integrates w/chimney for 3 years now......next person came out and said tape came loose. He confirmed done improperly took pictures but we could not get these pics from him. Now this could be already causing problem with home structure.
Travis S. was our installer and man was he great. I am very picky and Travis didn't disappoint me. His craftsmanship was excellent and when he was finished you could not tell that he had been there. I would highly recommend him and American Home Design for your next project
Installer Spencer M***** and his helper did an outstanding job with the installation. Wish we would have had the correct shower head to complete the installation and maybe better communication during the 12 weeks wait on obtaining parts and supplies. Had an installation date scheduled a week in advance only to receive a call the night prior explaining why they had to reschedule. After several phones they made the scheduled installation. Shower looks great but the overall cost would prohibit us from any additional home repair... read more
Jon W***** installed my roll-in shower. He was respectful of me and my home - even my cat. The workmanship is second to none. I will be going back to American Home Design, their installers do a top-notch job.
Tim and Patrick P**** -Did an outstanding job of installing two doors and two windows in my home. They were organized-knew what they were doing and spoke highly of the company and its owner. They cleaned up the areas where they worked- gave instructions on how windows and doors worked - were very respectful of my home and were personable. Very professional installers, Tommy, Bella and Cody!! Love my new shower from American Home Design!!!
They do not stand behind there work. We have tried for 3 months to have them fix a shower they installed. They keep installing to new homes and won't repair/replace there already installed jobs. They say some other company does that. Nothing to do with covid just bad business practices.
Chad C***** and his helper installed two doors today and they did an excellent job. This is the second time he installed all new windows a few months ago. Could not be happier with their professionalism and the efficiency they display. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for new doors or windows. ******
Great work on our shower install in our 60 year old home. Love the appearance. The quality of the product and the workmanship by Travis S**** was above expectations. Our salesperson, Hailey H***, was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Kristie worked hard with me to schedule our install at a convenient day/time for us. Highly recommend this company. Can't wait to get our windows done next
