My wife and I bought new windows and are very please with the look after installation. they look great! Jonathan B***** and crew were professional. They stayed in contact with us and did a great job on install and clean up. to get a quality product in a timely matter, stay in contact with you and show up when they say will and do a great job is really saying something in this day and time!!! American Home Design knocked it out of the park!!!
Anthony & Sam did excellent work installing my screened in porch. They were professional and friendly and the porch is beautiful.

I recently had new windows installed as well as a new front door and I am very pleased with the results. First, my design consultant, Rich L******, clearly explained all of my options and properly advised me of what to expect with the process. The installation crew of J.C., Victor, and Rolando were outstanding. Terrible customer service! Once they get the sale & get your money, they are done with you. Yeah, your product may be under warranty, but I promise you, they will not return your calls if you have issues! I do not recommend! Check out their **** reviews by the way...

I apologize for your frustration. I share your disappointment that you did not get returned phone calls from an installer who is no longer working for us. Unfortunately, we did not know you had a repair. We will get your screen taken care of quickly.

Anthony W***** and Sam H****** did the install of my prefabricated roof cover for my deck. they did an amazing job, they were very friendly, informative, focused and knowledgeable. when they found an issue rooted and moldy plywood, they were capable of making the repairs to keep the project on track. while my total experience had issues to overcome, my installers more than made up for it. my only issue with my installers was, they didn't play the radio loud enough. lol. Karol B******* just completed a shower installation. Fantastic job. Could not be happier with the result. Haley H*** was great to work with in selecting all of the elements for the project. It was a good experience from start to finish. Highly recommend the American Home Design team.
We would highly recommend American Home Design. We had a cabinet removed and a new walk in shower installed and we Love it! Our installer Randy R**** was amazing. He worked so hard to complete the job despite the weather conditions. He was so friendly and answered all our questions. We will use American Home Design in the future for additional work.
