We had a walk-in tub installed. Initially the install was set for around Thanksgiving, but they had a cancelation, and called to schedule that one for us. After my wife taking time off of work, we realized the finished for the tub they brought were not what we ordered. Sent back, rescheduled for originally ordered tub. When this one arrived, all was well, correct tub, and finishes. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the new walk- in shower that Spencer M***** installed for us! As soon as he and his father arrived (on time I might add) they hit the ground running and didn't stop or even slow down until they were done! Extremely professional, polite, respectful. American Home Design was easy to work with and did everything they promised. I had them do a tub to shower conversion in my master bath and it came out beautifully. Their team is great! They came to my house and helped me select a design and products that would meet my needs. It took time for the products to be created, but it was exactly the timing they told me to expect. Our installer Jonathon b***** did a great job installing the windows. They were very knowledgeable and installed the windows quickly. They were very clean.
Spencer M***** did an awesome job removing my bath tub and installing a standing shower with seat!!! We absolutely love it!
