i was not greeted when i entered the store. looked for a matress for abt 15 mins & was not offered assistance once! employees were too busy laughing & joking around; not sure why they needed that many people on the floor if no one was actually working.
RecommendedWe went there today to buy a new dishwasher, Mike W. was very helpful and explained everything to us, I would definitely go back for any appliances that I may need in the future. He is an exceptional employee and he makes sure his customers are happy and satisfied before they leave the store!
