RecommendedWe had a mix up with the Sears Outlet in Pittsburgh, but they went out of their way to take care of the situation. Left with a nice lawn tractor at a great price. Mike W. was great about finding a way to correct the situation. The guys also went above and beyond in trying to get the tractor loaded without damage. Mike you have the patience of a saint.
