RecommendedI almost never write reviews but I am inspired by the fantastic service I had today at Sears Outlet Lafayette. I came in to exchange an appliance I purchased online and by the end of the transaction I have committed to making Sears Outlet my first stop for my appliance needs. Isaiah was was extremely patient and resourceful as he helped me find the perfect solution. Again, I am so happy about the service received that I am writing a Facebook review on Christmas Eve.
RecommendedI had wonderful service from Tammy Hahs sales manager at Sears Outlet at 810 Waverly Road in Lansing MI. She was extremely responsive in listening to my needs and understanding what was important to me in purchasing my items. She was thorough explaining features and helping to guide me to the best fit for me with a washer and fridg. I was having a tough day and she made it much more tolerable and I was smiling as I left the store. She is a keeper!!!!! Thanks Tammy!!

Sorry but would not recommend this store at all. Bought a washer and dryer and I have a 5 year protection on it and it caught on fire. They refuse to replace it and they rather just rewire it and hopefully it will work again. The thing did some damage to my fuse box also because the unit shorted out. I called there store and they will not do anything for me. So if you get a protection warranty on your equipment your wasting your time. It’s a total joke and so is the store
