So I just got my DOT physical done and it went excellent. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Brooke at the front desk was super helpful and very polite I would recommend them for sure.
Do not go there and please don't take your children there if you care about them Plus read all the Google reviews they have on this horrible place. They only have barely trained medical techs there, no nurses! Only the nurse practitioners that just graduated! Dr Nelder smells soooo bad of BO and she looks like she never washes her clothes.... That is disgusting. All the doctors that they employ work for Quality of life centers but at AFC they don't take Medicaid ... Strange Dr Nelder needs some more training, she really does... read more

Went in feeling crappy explained what was wrong they drew blood, swabbed my throat came back strep throat. Shot in the hip, 3 different meds out of work til monday. Very friendly staff, very caring. Will be using them as my primary care physicians. Finally a doctor office that I feel comfortable in.
Everyone was so sweet! I was by far not myself and felt horrible! They put me right into a room after my paperwork. They took great care of me and was sympathetic of how I was feeling! Dr., Nurses, and front desk ladies were awesome! Thank you all so much!
