New clinic. Very helpful and nice. Catherine Quick was easy to talk to and helped me feel better.
Two great experiences here - husband had a FB in his eye on a Sunday morning, and kiddo needed to see a doctor right before thanksgiving. Both times we were in and out super fast (under an hour, even after filling out new patient paperwork!) and received compassionate care and got the help we needed.
Not pleased at all! No dr there to treat patients just a NP that had no clue about what he was talking about I felt like. No one experienced to treat pediatric patients and was told everyone was too new to draw blood on a toddler. Was given antibiotics that's was not needed and told my son had an ear infection he didn't. Followed up with our pediatrician and we will not be back to this place.
Dr. Nelder has always been nice and thorough with whatever my needs were. All the staff were very nice.
I had great care quick and effective. I'm usually uncomfortable at Dr's office they made me feel at ease.
I want be going back! I really don't see what's the purpose of them.
