Only posting this to give parents a heads up so they're not thrown off like I was. I took my 14 month old to this location a week and a half ago. I was suspecting he had an ear infection and his pediatrician was already closed and AFC is technically my PCP. Originally the receptionist said the wait would be an hour to 1.5 hours. We only had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes. We waited in the room for a while, but it wasn't unreasonable. HORRIBLE place to go! I would NEVER walk a foot in there again!!!
My 1st visit yesterday with a banging migraine! I was very impressed with their kindness, helpfulness and they cared what I said. I was in and out in 1 he 30 min.
the service was terrible it was a nightmare trying to give them insurance and now that the insurance has paid they will not refund the money we had to pay up front. so in my book that is stealing
There yesterday with my son. Very good service, nice staff
Feel like home Good doctor and employee Thanks 🙏
I came here for the first time yesterday feeling really sick and I have to say I had a really pleasant experience. I was already a little worried coming in with no appointment an hour before they closed but they didn't seem to mind. The lady at the front desk was super nice and the doctor who treated me was nice as well. Very caring! I was a little worried when reading some of the reviews but I am really glad I came here! Thanks to the team for helping me feel better so I can get back to work!
My last few visits, I have been forgotten about. Remember you have patients.
Sit in the room waiting to see a dr for 3 hours. There were only 2 people ahead of me. They suck! Will never go back. I don’t recommend you go there!
