been waiting almost 3 hours
I’ll make this short and sweet. Over 3 hours wait, which is about par but when the tell you that they called in your RX and they didn’t it’s not only frustrating to have to call AFC but then you’re told there are no written instructions for a script and I’ll have to wait for the doc to come in at 3:00 the following day. To top that off, she didn’t come in until 4:30 and I got the call that they were calling it in at 5:42. My pharmacy closed at 6 so now I have Wait 2 days to get my medicine. In the beginning when this place first opened they were great. Fast forward to today and they are so slow! Then want to tell you that you have a balance and must pay in it to see the doctor, which is fine. But they might want to send bills out to their patients so that they know they even HAVE A BALANCE! The ER is quicker than this!
Do not come to AFC in Oxford. You will sit in a room for over an hour for someone to come in but only after you go out and ask when someone is coming in. Then hours later still not call in the prescription to the pharmacy. Call and then they said we will call it in now, go to the pharmacy still not been called in. Go to the dr office (knock on the door since they closed already) and ask for a paper prescription to take over to the pharmacy because they all are all incompetent to have one sent over electronically.
this place did xrays and took money. they were supposed to send my info (vitals and xrays) to the ER where they sent me after they told me they couldn't help me because it was too late and only were about to close. that NEVER happened. this caused me to have to spend more time at the ER AND pay for more xrays. #DontGoHere #iWantMyDamnMoneyBackNOW

Always professional and quick... Relatively speaking for a doctor’s office! Super courteous too...
Absolutely the worst office staff. Staff is very rude and seem inconvenienced that you are coming to be seen as a patient. Extremely unprofessional. Plenty of other choices around, I would recommend trying somewhere else.
