Had the worst urgent care experience I've ever had here. Uninformed staff that made mistakes throughout my visit, was the first patient in the building and it still took me two hours to get out of there. Very poor organization. Go to Summit Health Care in Vestavia if you need good urgent care in the region.

Unconcerned and too slow. Had the nerve to be celebrating a birthday or something when sick people are waiting to be seen. Would rather pay the copay at the ER. And then to be the first patient signed in and not be called first took me over the edge. Will drive to Pelham next time.
Hate being sick but love American Family Care. They get you in and out quickly and the employees are very attentive. Thank you for taking care of me AFC!
I was told they weren’t taking any more patients today. I work in the medical field. You don’t turn folks away when they are sick.
Initially I didn't expect a pleasant visit however the staff had me in and out. They were friendly and although I wasn't feeling well the service was good.
I've been to this location several times and the last time I went the ladies up front were laughing about a mentally challenged man walking out of the building from being seen. I thought that was very unprofessional and rude.
