I drove over 25 miles to the location and they were closed. They said there was no doctor available.
I went back fast but it took the doctor almost 2 1/2 hours to see me
The front office portion of the visit was less than desirable. The receptionist was not friendly at all. She never greeted me and mumbled something while I was standing there and I asked if she was speaking to me and she then mumbled again. It took her 15 minutes to scan my cards and process my copay. This is such a great clinic! I frequently use it and I have NEVER had a bad experience. It is ALWAYS extremely clean and the staff is exceptionally nice. The office manager, Ms. Bobbie, is always available to clients with any questions or concerns. I would recommend any one to use this location.
I have visited that clinic several times and have always been treated with kindness. I had one complaint about the NP onsite during my visit and was given the managers contact information and she was very professional and very understanding and addressed my concerns. She and her staff is always very helpful with questions and answers.
