This is the first time I've ever had a negative experience at any Discount Tire location. I sat and looked through the window into the bay for over an hour before they finally got to my car. During this time, I observed a lot of horse play by the employees and an extreme lack of urgency to serve their customers. I hope this is just a bad day and this is not indicative of future service.
