One of my tires had a slow leak and the TPMS signal would not go off so I stopped by for free air and a free tire checkup. There was a screw in the tire. Discount Tire repaired the flat tire, FREE of charge, w/balancing, aired up the other 3 and recommended I replace the entire set in the next 5,000 miles. Love this place. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I went in to replace all of my tires but after the inspection, Darius told me I only really needed two and saved me alot of $$. Nice to know some companies don't just give you what you want but what you need.
I visited yesterday to have a slow leak fixed. The plug ended up not doing the trick and today they replaced it with a brand new tire!! THANK YOU!! ��

I arrived 5 minutes before closing time. I've worked retail, I know how associates feel when customers walk in at that time... I was in a bind, headed out of town in business and had a nail in my tire. The associates were AWESOME! They looked up my name, said my tire was covered under warranty, and that if they didn't have the exact tire they'd install one I could use until mine came in. I was out the door 45 minutes later and they had replaced 2 worn lug nuts free of charge. They have a customer for life!
