I love that they repair tires for free. They don't even care where you purchased your tires from. They also do free air checks and educate you on the state of your tire tread depth and how reliable they are with stopping time when you hit your brakes. Jaymie Gaddis was THE MOST professional and genuinely kind serviceman I've encountered here BUT they are all genuinely helpful when I visit. TODAY WAS EXCEPTIONAL. .
Never had a problem with this store, looking forward to buying my next set of tires, probably before Winter sets in
Usually we get the 5 star treatment. Monday was not so good. My wife took our 1 ton truck in to get the drivers side front tire replaced. It was noticeably "out of round", maybe broken cords and had a noticeably bad bald spot that went from one side of the tire to the other. When my wife got there they discussed it. Not so Happy, had to visit this store again after they did a lousy job at checking balance on tires, left with a real bad tire shake and should have been done right the first time. Store had a great Manager there at one time, going down hill...
While everyone is slobbering over their great service, all is not lovely in Camelot. My wife pulled the socket for her lug nuts out of the trunk just now and it's torn to hell. Guess why? Because these morons used an impact wrench on it and she has aluminum alloy wheels!! These idiots KNOW they're supposed to be hand-tightened and torqued, but they were too darned lazy to do it right and thought we wouldn't notice. NOW we'll probably have to replace the entire set of 20 lug nuts because they're 11 years old and we no longer ... read more
THANK YOU for blessing my family today! We showed up looking crazy... in pirate outfits, but brought donuts ;-). We got GREAT service and left speechless at the kindness we were offered!! Thank you is not enough!
