I instructed them to use a hand wrench to take off/on the wheels and use the plastic socket. They used the plastic socket but still used the air gun. I even heard one of the techs telling the other tech not to use the air gun...he said it doesn't matter and went ahead and used the air gun before I could say something. Pics in comments

The customer service and attention to detail was excellent. I had an appointment, and they got me in on time and out quickly.
Good place fast and friendly. I had a problem with low air in one tire. No leak that they could find.
The customer service was awsome. The assistant manager showed genuine concern about driving away with a bad tire, and did everything in his power to get me a new one. Cudos to Jeremy Stubblefield!
