Very upset customer. Informed Nick that I wanted my front 2 tires. Still in good condition. Bf Goodrich tires to be exact. I look in my trunk and I have good year tires. This is unacceptable. I want my tires like I requested or I need to be compensated. The only reason I bought 4 tires is because i don't like to drive with a mismatch set. If I can not get a resolution I will be filing a formal complaint
Want to shout out to discount tire this morning. Went over thinking that I was just needing a plug/patch in my tire, turns out I was needing another tire which I had no cash for. The nice gentleman that was servicing my car put a loaner tire on for me for free. Stating that he did want to have me driving around on a flat tire all day. So again thank you for your generosity and may GOD bless you. David Ortiz you were a blessing to me this morning.
