They are the worst car dealerships Ive ever had business with they are rip off
This company has shut its doors and i have no way to make a payment and they fail to give customer a notice
I purchased a car from this company not knowing it was a lease! Then the day after I purchase it they abruptly close down with no notifications or anything! I am highly upset
This place is a scam. I bought a 2016 ******* Sonata from this car place on memorial drive dec 2021. Jan 2022 I started having issues with the car. Made a complaint immediately. I was informed to take it to the pep boys on memorial drive. I notice the oil light kept coming on even after I had them to put oil in the car, when I turn the air on it kept smelling burnt. So the company shut down on Friday February 24,2023 and did not inform their customers of who we are supposed to send our payments in result to their absence. Also I tried to renew my tags today and was unable to because my car company was not reporting my insurance payments to the state and now I will owe fees and fines and I cant contact anyone to prove that I did have the car insured thru the car company. This company is pure garbage I have emailed them my complaint as well. Customers had to find out thru the internet and social media that their business shut down and that we are still required to make payments? I did business with these people and they are crooks. I got a car there and ended up paying for a new car. The balloon payment once you start paying it off is ridiculous. I hope they never do business again. People please fix your credit and get your car from a reputable dealership with a warranty. They take advantage of people who have no other choice but to go to dealerships like theirs. Once the salesman sells you your car, you'll never be able to get ahold of him again.
