Truly disappointed in the way this company handled their business. I was set up on auto draft, so there was no reason for my car note to be late. They went out of business, did not call nor did they send a letter or even email. Had no line of communication to where to send my car payment. Then I received an email stating I was late, and now it reflects on my credit report. But they were the ones to help you repair your credit which giving reliable transportation. I got a car from them in Aug 22, they sent me to a get car diagnostic. It came back that the car motor was about to go out. So a week or 2 later.. American car center called me to get another car and they *** my other car. Why these ppl didnt damaged that car but kept it and put me in another car. I too am a car center customer and its been since March 3 that I was able to make a payment because I dont know who to make the payment to ! West lake says they dont have my contract yet and in the mean time its building up in payments and they are not sure acc will send it over to them Ive got to July and my 5 yr payments will be over . This has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a company . Ive over looked their ghetto professionalism in making payments on the phone for 5 yrs jus to get here . I got my car from American car center about 4 years ago. FROM JUMP we had issues with payment so called not being received (which was paid with money order) getting tags was a hassle due to the car company not sending it to dmv ig because they said they had to wait in the title before they could send it over, continually being charged a late fee BECAUSE THEY would not take the money out until a few days after making my payment ON TIME.
