American Car Center is full of ****. I have being paying for my car for five years now, and now Westlake is calling talking about I have a balance of $1700 of late fees. I made a payment on 3/9/23 to Westlake and ******* stated he not showing a payment of $460 dollars I asked to speak with a supervisor she stated she see the payment. So I asked her why the letter I received states that I haven't made a payment in 41 days from the date of the letter, and the letter was dated 3/22/23. American Car Center has went out of business around 3/25/23 and it say they went bankrupt an sold it to another company ****************** . I have tried reaching out to them and I am on hold for hours until it finally hangs up on me. This has giving me bad anxiety, because I dont know what to do I have never been late paying on my car, I owe 12 more payment and I will be done and now it looks like I may have just gave them money just to drive the car for 3 years.
Was lied to about my contact being a lease..now it seems impossible to get into a new car....
Terrible Company!! Please never go there! staff are very rude and disrespectful, can never get anyone on the phone quickly and they do not help you at all
I can't leave any positive review on ACC, or AMF! The Worst place ever!! Not surprised they shut down. I made regular payments and they kept saying I was behind. I am talking to an attorney and will likely *** them for breach of contract, predatory lenders, infliction of emotional distress and negligence. I encourage anyone else who got a car there to do the same!

Terrible company very unorganized dont know who to send money to sometimes they get money and dont post the payment to that account.. no tag no registration no paperwork what am I to do?
On 1/28/23 got a car from American Car Center and received a 45 day paper tag which expires in 3/14/23. So now I have a car I cant drive and is paying my payments. DMV cant issue a tag because they did not put into system my info before they went bankruptcy in 2/24/23. They never emailed me or call to let me know what is happening till the new loan agency text on 3/1/23 to let me know I need to start making payments through them. Looking at these reviews, I'm glad I was only scammed out of my precious time! I agreed to attend a 45 minute presentation and was promised a gift of a vacation for 5 days and 4 nights plus a $500 travel voucher/ certificate because the time overlapped (even though I called in 15 minutes prior to the presentation). I have not received what was promised. I've contacted the rep who contacted me and set up the presentation, but she has not texted or called back.
