I bought a car on July 14 on July 16 it was in the shop on July 23 it was on the shop on August 6 it was in the shop August 20 it was in the shop again.Said that once I pay the $500 that was left or after the 1100 I paid they would give me a rental I was not giving them any more money how can you buy a car drive it off the lot which I reported that it had a problemwith it and they told me well that's warranties problem how do you expect me to give you any more money back basically basically said that once you buy it no monie... read more
This company absolutely stinks, they are a rip off. They want way to much down on a vehicle thats a lemon and will not fix anything. They say they will finance you, better make sure all your paycheck stubs and other documents are perfect, we had an issue with 1 of our stubs it was a typo and they refused to accept it. This car lot needs to be shut down!!

This is the most unorganized unprofessional business that We have dealt with the customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with in my life. It first started when a money order was "lost" and still hasn't been found. Even though the representative that called to let us know that the money order lost was was found after the payment was madras that it would be mailed back to us. February complaint - I purchased a car from American Car Center February 20, 2021. Two weeks after the car had a very noticeable oil leak. I have pictures. I contacted the service center after multiple calls and was told where to take my vehicle. i took the car was there at 8 am. The serviceman at the location i was told to take it to told me to come pick up my vehicle he had it for 2 days and was unable to reach anyone in the service warranty dept. This place is the worst place ever to purchase a vehicle from. They really take advantage of people. They add all types of charges they do what they want to do. If your payment is do on a Friday and you pay it on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday they charge you a $15.00 late fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Poor customer service , Poor leadership.... haven't had my car two weeks check engine light on & it stop working an they want me too come out of pocket
This Company is terrible, it should be shut down. They are rip offs, they overcharge their vehicles. I don't recommend anyone to get a car from them. Even if it's your last resort don't do it!
I brought a car from the American car Center in Savannah on Aprill 16, 2021 the car stopped working on April 18, 2021 WHILE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY IN JACKSONVILLE, FL. On April 19, 2021 they made me sit in the dealership all day from 8-5 so they could put me in another car. Once I got the other car 20 days later the car stopped working.
