I am highly disappointed with ****************** an american car centre. Once I got my car back in November of 2019 my car started to shut off about a month after I received the vehicle in a continue to do so up until my engine went out in September of 2020. This place is a JOKE!! I've been reaching out to these folks for almost 2 months now to have my engine replaced!! The service department rarely return calls but my account manager calls EVERY TWO WEEKS for their car payment!! I was told I had a warranty on my engine and my transmission to find out I have to pay for anything over$3000 in which there was NO PROOF of how much the engine was and what the mileage is. This is the worst business ever! Pointblank period! These people came and repossessed my car. That was paid for; then a hour later, I went and paid what they said I owed on residual so I could pick my car up. They gave me a wrong address. So Im literally standing here and nobody knows where my car is at this point. Im so disgusted. Please DO NOT spend your hard earned money with these people. They have absolutely no respect for people who work hard out here. Smh!!! Don't trust this company at all.

I'd had my "later model vehicle " for less than a year when the check engine light came on. All scheduled maintenance were kept on the vehicle. Attempted to file a claim with the service department for at least a week. The rep told me to take my car to a shop that wasn't even contracted with ACC and offered me a "side loan" for the repair. I informed them that we are in a pandemic and I couldn't afford that. I was finally told where I could take my car for "contracted repairs". Has anyone ACTUALLY "paid off" and owned a car from this place? Like have title in hand?. This place is a shark loan from **** and they also told me I would "lease" for a YEAR and then monies would go to "purchase" the vehicle. This was 4 years ago. Still paying 500 a month and see no end in site. STAY AWAY FOLKS!!!!!.

I tried to put this off as long as I could until I officially got fed up! American car center*********** in Antioch,tn is a scam artist car dealer. I spoke on the phone with a ***** sales woman 3 times and told her 2 times that I'm a self employed ********* driver and she told me that they would help me get into a car. I got there today 30 minutes early for my appointment and found out that I wasted my time bc they don't accept ********* as income bc they don't have a way to call to verify my income. I will let everyone I know not to do business with them and I hope they go out of business.
