i have a few complaints about this so called dealership, i got this car back in October 2020, had my tags from my other car transferred to this one but over paid for it, and the guy said that i would receive a check from the state for any over-balance. turns out in the state of Tennessee, they don't do refunds for over payment, they just send it back and not even accept it. i had to call the tag place to find out what was going on with my tags because the guy at the "dealership" couldn't be bothered with it. well got that ma... read more

Honestly if I could give this establishment, because its not a business, a zero I would! The one star is too generous for these crooks. I purchased my 2016 **** Escape back in October of 2020. Because we are in a pandemic, I have not really had to drive my car but I have had one oil change since purchase for that reason. The end of December not even three months after my purchase, my car started driving weird, grinding, failing to accelerate etc. The second week of January 2021, literally on a few days into the new year. If I could give it zero stars I would I've had problems with my car haven't even had it two months they keep hanging up on me that he wants you know repair it I keep tell me to go to the shop to get it repaired and then they won't answer the shop I'm just really disappointed and I'm pissed and take legal actions somehow someway I just hope they save somebody else from going to the Hard ships that I'm going through

They financed me just shortly after the pandemic occurred and then when I went to them for help due to my hours wound up getting cut they would not help me. Though I provided them my pay stubs to get financed they would not accept the pay stubs showing no overtime and the less income as proof of low income. My pay stubs that they accepted showing my overtime to get approved did not show the hours it just showed the amount of money I was getting yet they would not accept that to help me

I had a Lease that was recently totaled. The insurance paid of what was owed on the lease. Then I was charged a extra 4000 for the end of lease purchase. Of course thru my 3 years I had to call and beg for any statements. Asked them to change my address 3 times. Never got a statement. Even the end of lease statement. The 4000 was more than the buy out but I cant get in touch with anyone to send me a statement. What I was charged. if the 4000 was including taxes why am I a paying them if I don't own the property. I hate this place, awesome car, but I have been paying on this car since 2017 and was never made aware it was a lease, lots of hidden fees, I got ready to pay my car off in full and they came with $3,170.70 of hidden fees that no one made me aware of before I signed. I feel like I've been robbed!!! I was 22 years old when I purchase this car and it's the worse purchase I have ever made!!! Never again will they get my service!!! A 2014 Chevy Cruze is not worth $23,281.95!!! Please don't make the same mistake I did!!!

I rented a car from them and pay my payment every month on time. During COVID-19 , I got behind on one payment and I made an arrangement to pay and they shut my car off anyway. I paid on the arrangement day. I work in real estate and my car is important for my business to be successful. I can't make money without it! They told me that I needed my car on and they said it was turned off by mistake with all other cars that did not make a payment. I had never heard of such. Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star to leave a review. For starters they don't advise your leasing a used vehicle, not purchasing! The customer service department is a complete joke. They hire anyone that's willing to answer the phone. I was assigned Billy ***** as an account manager. Who is completely unprofessional and rude. They harass you daily about information they refuse to call and get.
