I went to this place with my daughter thinking that I was co-signing for the vehicle. To my surprise I ended being the only one on the lease. I had no idea until we were in the room calling to get insurance and the salesman comes in to tell us that the car is in my name. I was so frustrated because we were there all day. I also had no idea that it was a lease and not purchase until after signing. They do this by using the consumers income to qualify them for a vehicle, NO CREDIT. Scam! Scam! Scam! What a total rip-off! You are leasing your vehicle something that fail to mention!
This company needs to be shut down. They have so many hidden fees. I was working with a rep and had finally built some sort of working relationship and they changed the person TWICE. They are very rude. I have a 2016 Kia Forte that had 45,000 miles and I pay $250 every two weeks and if it's a day late, they will shut my car off where ever I am. I have been stranded almost 100 miles away from home due to this. Not to mention the faulty cars.
The customer service is ridiculous and unprofessional. I will never buy another car from this crapt place. Every time I call to pay my car payment its a different price every time they are trash!!! My car broke down I called like they told me to and they called me back a week later after I had to pay out of pocket to fix it myself. I will never do business with them again as soon as I find another car I plan on giving this one back. If you want the MIRAGE experience then this is the lot for you...! If you want professionalism, quality customer service, attention beyond the purchase of a vehicle and an included warranty that actually covers repairs to the vehicle THEN GO ELSEWHERE..! This is the worst place i have ever bought a car from they originally priced my car for $17,600 they financed the vehicle in house. For $23,000. I put 1,300 down i have made the amount of payments they asked for and there everyday calling me about more money treating to reposes my vehicle. They never told me i have an interest rate . The on the just gave me 3 days ago after i have payed for the. Ar for 4 years was 21.999% . I got a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from them back in March and literally not even two weeks of having it my check engine light comes on. My car engine shakes when I'm stopped or parked. Every single person I have talked to in customer service has been a complete *******. Talk to you like you are beneath them and they could really care less about anything you say to them.
