We had our truck since August. The positive battery cable is bad. The check engine goes on and off. I dropped it off for them to look at it. They told us what was wrong with it and said when had to pay over $1000 to get the problems fixed although it wasn't our fault. They lease damaged cars to people. They know their vehicles are not good. I will be contacting the city, an attorney, etc. to see what can be done about my situation.

The customer service is very very awful. They try to charge you for things that they shouldn't be charging you.They overcharge you and they making up charges and new late fee payments that should have been said or stayed at the beginning of your purchase. An when asking for an owner or the customer service number they all acted if they don't know who own the company or who's the call on having a complaint. So any customer with a complaint will never get heard or the help they need ...

This company should be shut down! They take advantage of the working person's situation. Only reason I purchased from this company in Kissimmee,Fl was I didn't have 5 months of employment i had just relocated. So unable to get a new car at the time. Within a month of having what I thought was a purchase but was in fact a LEASED 2017 Hyundai Sonata I had to put out 1100.00 for a steering sensor. I went to the Athens location on 09/02/2021 after seeing an ad on ********. When I got there, I wasn't given the option to look at any other vehicles and was not informed it was an actual lease and not a purchase until after I had given my money and i had started signing paperwork. I called to ask what would happen if I got in a position to not be able to afford the car. Well after I put a down payment of 1250 and made my car payment so I'm currently not in default still haven't gotten my tags 32 days now and to top it off I get off work today and my car has been removed for what reason this is what they said finance debt didn't get some paper work in time because their lot employees can't perform their duties correct I have to pay for it so now I have to miss work tomorrow due to the inconsiderate of these people but they took my 1250 just darn fine tho
The worst car company ever DO Not try to buy a car from these people they are misleading and very rude, their fees are absolutely unbelievable! I paid the amount stated on their website along with the convince fee of 4.95, however they said my payment was .10 cents short and are now trying to charge me a $15 late fee on .10 cents. Bad business I purchased a car from them on August 31,2021. It was a Kia Optima 2015 I have not had the car for 3 months and the car started acting up. I had it pulled to the shop on Nov.8,2021 and nobody wanted to talk to me so finally I got a call from the Service Department letting me that the car motor has locked up and it on RECALL that they need to put me in another car but never did and they also took another car payment from me while the car is on their lot. I think this car place is full of you know what!! They make it seem.lile you're purchasing the car all.up until you're signing the papers do.you.find out it's a lease! I had my SUV for 1 day and the check engine light came on as well.as ticking from the engine! Also, when I put gas in it, the gas just runs right out even while you're sitting with the car on. These people are out just to take peoples money they need to be shut down very rude the managers are very nasty they sale cars with blown motors and give u the ran around to fix them please shut these company down
