I've been a policy holder for six years now. At the beginning my agent contacted me occasionally. I haven't heard from him in quite a while. American Amicable hasn't been in touch for a long time, either, I hope to catch up with someone before long. I much prefer to occasionally hear from people I do business with, especially those who deduct my premiums automatically. I saw some not so good reviews out on the web, which made me do some searching.

Ms. J**** has been in contact with her agent who conducted a three way call with the home office. Insured's questions were answered and her policy remains in force. Please let me know if there is additional follow up needed.

I have been an agent working with American Amicable for over a year and being new to the industry. The customer service here is one of the best to work with. To protect both the customer and the Company we need to verify everything. They protect the company and the customer I am proud to work with them.
Extremely disappointed with this company, and their lack of customer service. They deducted $350 from my bank account without my authorization for this amount. My premium jumped from $40 a month to $350 cause I did not die before I turned 70 yr.old. Regardless, I was not notified of this change and when I found out (due to bank overdraft) I called and tried to cancel my policy. Policy cancelled but delay after delay in refunding my 350 dollars. Ms. ****** was mailed a letter on March 1, 2017, more than 60 days prior, advising her of the increase in premiums in accordance with her policy provisions in her policy contract. In attempt to verify that the draft for $350.38 cleared her bank account for refund we requested a bank statement. We continued to only receive record of our draft; but, nothing showing where the draft cleared her account.
