This company is a total rip off!The agent is unprofessional and prove to be that.I advise no one to take insurance with this company. They since they are not helpful. You call them for questions and they cant answer,Poor excuse for a company,

I have had insurance thru **** for 15 years. I changed credit unions and filled out all the change of address and gave the new account information. Everything that they asked me to do I did and included a canceled check from my account so their wouldnt be any mistakes in where to withdraw the money.needless to say nothing happened on the end of American Amicable Insurance following thru and continuing my life insurance. My late mother had life insurance through ******************** they paid the funeral home BUT, I was to receive a refund check of the remainder of the insurance $$$$$, BUT, Im getting the run around.Ive called and the first time I was told they cut a check & has ALLEGEDLY mailed it in May. I hate i ever gotten this insurance. You can NEVER get in contact with anyone. I'm paying for two policies, but only received one, but money is taking out of my account every month. If, anything happens to my husband and I, our kids are going to catch h*** burying us because the policies are all messed up. I have spoken to someone 2023 about a policy change, As of yet i havent seen or heard for this person since. I have called for 6 months every week, cant leave massages because his mailbox is full!!!! My mom has memory issues, they didn't even ask my mom if she has a POA and the agent told me later, they don't have to ask. I really feel like they prey on the elderly community. It is really sad! When I found out they had taken a few hundred dollars out of my mom's account - they told me they would cancel. but they didn't and they are asking for more money. I told them i want all the money back she has paid and they said they won't cause they have her on recording saying she wants to sign up for it.

I believe this is one of the biggest "Scam" company of all times. I called the man that came to my house told him to cancel my insurance and My Daughters and he said he would. I just checked my bank and he has already to get the money on June 3, They are scammers and someone should shut them down immedialty.K and ****************

My father purchased this policy 2years ago. He passed away 1/23/2024. The lost of a parent is already hard and was even worse for me and my siblings. We lost both parents within 2years apart. I understand his policy was in contestable stage. The issue was the lack of compassion and knowledge with phone reps and their horrible 3rd party company Mediaflash that request the medical records.
