This company is a scam. I've called 8 times to cancel my policy and I am put on hold for ***** minutes with no response or answer to my call. I had to close out my bank account and open a new one so that they couldn't take anymore money out of my account. This ********************** is trash and a fraud. Don't EVER use them or their affiliates

This company is a complete scam. IM IN SALES! The way this company deceives people is beyond moral compass. Im not here to vent or complain, Im here hoping that someone will see this and trust me when I say DONT DO IT. I literally had an agent from this company and an actual insurance agent with some self respect and integrity, on the phone together on a three way call. In February 2023, a salesman visited my home and made a very convincing offer. Also convinced to drop an insurance policy I had been paying eleven plus years, stating I could stop payments with them and receive a reduced policy. He would submit paperwork so I can still receive a benefit of Four thousand and change. I never received copies of the forms allegedly sent or ant confirmation from either company. My mother has been gone for over 4 months. You can't get anyone on the phone unless you have time to wait a minimum of 40 minutes. The company that handled her funeral expenses still have not been paid. They have stated that they haven't received the paperwork requested three times after there has been a confirmation email stating that they HAVE received it. A horrible company to do business with, they take your money and return nothing, after ten years of paying them we recently attempted to speak with an agent to convert our policies to something more affordable after three tries we finally got a woman to contact us, weeks went by she called and got our personal info and said she was looking at a few other options ie companies to convert our policies, and then she dropped off the map. weeks went by and we sent emails that got returned, phone calls where we left messages that n... read more

My mother called for a quote and they immediately signed her up. They took her payment before she received any paperwork. Now, we are being forced to sit on hold for 20 minutes without talking to anyone and can get nowhere online as we have no login. If II could, I would give them zero stars. Don't waste your time or money on this company. They are a joke.

My mother in law is 80+ yrs Salesman walked up to her (at a gated community). She bought into the sales tactics and has to date paid close to $2000 for a $2500 policy I plan on pursuing legal action to prevent this happening to anyone else. This woman lives on limited income and she was obviously preyed upon

These people came to my home un-announced with high pressure sales tactics trying to sell me whole life insurance, the men were very kind at first but then got rude and nasty once I refused to disclose my personal health information to them. If I could submit no stars I would, these people are sharks preying on the elderly and disabled. Shame on them!!
