This group contracts with agencies in ***** who make unsolicited phone calls to people in violation of ***************** FCC Do Not Call List. What integrity rests with a group so desperate that they would contract with a group who initiates unsolicited phone calls in violation of ** law?
I have been with Amicable Life Insurance in **** for 2 years. I had the lost of a loved one in December 2022. Turned in all required claim documents paying for next day in January 2023. I was informed over the phone numerous times that all of my documentation was complete and had been expedited so that my claim could be processed. A salesman from a company ********* appeared on my doorstep stating I had returned an interest card I received in the mail sometime a month or so ago. The card returned stated Please RUSH me information on the state-regulated program to pay for my final expenses and FREE Final Wishes Planning Guide and Will Kit He proceeded to urge me to purchase life insurance through his company. They contacted me and my husband stating they represented my mortgage lender and offered mortgage insurance. They were very misleading! I was given the impression we would only have one fee to pay on a certain day of the month. Little did I know they would start double charging my account any time they wanted. I do not understand how this company is still in business! I called my mortgage lender and they confirmed they in fact do not represent them.

American Amicable is spam calling my work phone and hanging up when told to take off the call list. Still calls several times everyday.Stay away from this company and their shady way of doing business.
As an agent, they have been great. Clients that I have had trouble getting immediate coverage for with other companies got approved with American Amicable. They have competitive rates and their application process is simple. They are very strong and its been great doing business with them as an independent broker.
My grandma had this insurance for a year! She just passed and her policy states immediate death benefits. This company is false advertising! No one knows when there gonna die! They wanted medical records and an investigation if she was expecting to die and they stated they dont know how long it would take! Thats not immediate!!! Also you have to be in the policy for 2 years to get the benefits. Thats not immediate! Nobody should have to go through raising money to bury their loved one when they have insurance already.
