I had a wonderful experience with American Air. When calling to schedule service the lady answering the phone was extremely nice. Technician David Parker called before hand to inform he was on his way! He arrived an was very professional an nice. He explained the problem an had it running in no time!

Great service, I sent American Air an email on Sunday night stating that I needed a quote for a new gas pack. I let them know that are gas logs was keeping us warm. I got a respond Sunday night that someone will be contacting me Monday morning. Mr. Terry was there Monday, he checked our unit to make sure it was bad and went over the price of the new units. Tuesday they installed our unit. Excellent service.......thanks Mr. Terry
This is a great company! Would recommend people to use them!
I've never had to get home unit worked on but this business would be my first choice!
