I have met Shawn, Randy, and David. Please give these gentleman raises. They were all fantastic, and worked hard to fix my AC unit. I can't thank them enough for their hard work. Unfortunately, 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty does not have the same level of professionalism as your staff. So they will get a different review. But I thank Shawn, Randy, and David personally for their work.
Very professional. Can’t beat the service and the loyalty to customers. Living up to your reputation! For a very hot day, David fit us in before going home! He is hot and tired, but is making sure we are cool tonight!

David was dispatched to a warranty service call for my malfunctioning furnace today. American Air was the second company sent out; with the first company unable to determine the problem or take the time to reproduce the problem. After my description of the symptom, David knew how to reproduce the situation and took the time to wait for the symptom to display itself. Which it did and he was able to make the repair quickly.
