We finally needed two new units and Chad walked us through the whole process with ease. The whole American Air team treat all their customers like family, which you don’ t see much anymore. We had many companies come out and gave us estimates but the reason why chose American Air was because of Chad. He got back to us in a timely manner. He made the whole experience very pleasant.
