American Air serviced my ac several times last summer and a week ago installed a new unit. Shawn, BJ, and Randy arrived on time, got right to work, and finished in less time than I was quoted. They were perfessional and polite. I will definitely call this company again! Thanks guys! Lynn Rigsbee

Brian and Brent where on time ; Excellent Customer Service Chad the owner showed up the day before very down to earth with reasonable pricing Customer excellence mindset.The service Techs Brian & Brent made it look easy now. We have a awesome central air and heating system would highly recommend these guys 1000% 10-4 Over and Out.

I was in the end process of selling my house and the buyer wanted at the last minute an agreement that I would service my HVAC system. David came the next day and he even called me earlier to say he had time sooner. I was happy he came as he was quick, excellent and new exactly what he was doing. He even saved me money and was very reasonable in price. I Highly recommend David Parker.

I called American Air to come fix one of my A/C units at home and i was not expecting the owner, Chad, to do the service cal. That was amazing, just goes to show you how involved he is with his business making sure his customers are happy. Needless to say, he took care of the problem with no issues and also was able to explain further on how to use my A/C system better. Thank you so much for fixing my system and I would highly recommend American Air for any and all your A/C needs!

Oh my God! Thank you so much Vicky and Chad Adams of America Air .... My unit went out as the cold weather came to the Carolinas and one day without heat my family and myself couldn’t take it.. I called them and it was like they was apart of my family .. they came out fix the problem and even did a check up call to see if everything was still ok !
