Never answer the phone. I've been waiting on a trash can for over 25 days...still don't have one. They DID send a bill though. Ha. Use GPS instead.
Since they bought Tabor we have had nothing but problems. They have zero consistency with their pickups, coming as late as 11:30PM or as early as 5:30AM. They are also impossible to get ahold of and refuse to communicate with you. We will be cancelling our service— if I can ever get them to answer their phone.
We have had this trash company for three years before it merged into this company...that means we have had the same nasty trash cans besides when I washed them myself with bleach ...so I asked the company to switch us some new ones or wash out the old ones because instead of dumping them they just pick the bags out and leave trash up and down our driveway..but they tried charging us to clean them out for us ..no way that's crazy .I'm so fed up thinking about switching companies asap
Worst Company I have ever dealt with. I ended service the 1st week of July and they are still trying to charge me July and August. Try to call and no answer and no return call. Do not use this company
So far, I am very unhappy about Tabor selling out to these people. All I wanted to find out was if my auto-draft was going to continue, but Jessica had an attitude as big and as pleasant as the smell at the dump from the moment she answered the phone. After a trash pick up, over a month ago, I got home to find that the wheels on my trashcan were broken off. I called to get it replaced & I was told that it would be 3 weeks until they got new cans in, so they would just send someone to fix it. I told the lady on the phone that I was fine with that, & she said she’d send someone to repair it. Over 3 weeks later no attempt had been made to fix my trashcan & I didn’t receive a new one. Called and talked to the ladies and they were great!!!!!
The change over from Tabor was horrible, but service since has been fantastic.
Terrible at picking up when scheduled. Always having to call to remind. Looking for better service.
