I witnessed a couple of your employees almost get run over (a few times) on FM 344 coming out of Bullard this morning — with 30’ish cars stacked up behind the slow moving truck on a BUSY road stopping at every house along the way DURING school drop off and driving to work (7-8 am). Wouldn’t it be more considerate of your employees as well as people who live in the community for you to pick up trash along the back roads during that time and then move to the main road after eight? This is an accident waiting to happen!
I called and gave a week’s notice that I would be stopping my collection because I was moving. Next thing I know, I get a bill for $65 because they failed to get my trash can. They never told me it had to be at the road. Now, they won’t go get it. Reporting to BBB.
Their crew picked up a $300 tool the UPS driver just left 15 minutes prior and even though I provided proof of their driver picking it up they will not do the right thing and reimburse me. Very poor customer service.
You need to do something about your customer service. You wont be picking up trash at my house any longer. Ameri-Tex has stolen money from me. They made me pay for a service and then not provide that service. They will pick up trash one more time and then I will be cancelling the poor slip-shot service they offer. trash pick up missed again. bags piling up. hope trash guys bring a rake to clean it up. they don't miss billing you but they miss the pick up
