I had arbor when I bought my home a year and a half ago with no issues...yet now that it is ameri-tex nothing but excuses ! THREE out of the past four weeks I have had to call....either truck broke down or my can was not on the street....which is b.s. and now again this week a full trash can not picked up. PATHETIC COMPANY AND NOT A GOOD WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS !!!
We are new customers only a month and a half, they have not picked up two weeks in a row, no answer on the phone either. How do I stop the billing because they sure have not forgot to do that.
They missed our trash on Friday. My husband called Monday to let them know. The said someone would pick it up within 48 hours. It never happened! After several calls to them, they were not concerned at all in their poor service and NEVER, came to pick up the trash can they missed last week.
Anyone know how to get ahold of these people? I've called, left messages, and have emailed but have not been contacted. Also, is there a way to get updates on when they're going to pick up during holiday weeks? Sometimes there's no change, while others pick up is pushed back a day. I tried to guess when memorial week pick up was going to happen, and now I'm stuck with a bunch of trash because I guessed wrong. I received a letter that my account has been suspended due to none payment. Early on they had lost a couple of my payments and this problem had been fixed or so I thought. Most companies give you a prior notice of suspended service Ameri-Tex does not. I will have to call them Monday to get this rectified but as Monday is the pickup day I am sure my trash will not be picked up.

Clean up all the oil they dumped on Oak Grove Way in Bullard or better yet stop collecting trash when it starts leaking instead of continuing on through the neighborhood.
