This is the worst company we have ever used! If they decide to pick the garbage up, you never know when it will be. From 6am on Friday to sometime Saturday night after 9 pm. We are changes companies!

Inability to pick up trash on a consistent basis. Whenever you attempt to call them, or contact them, nobody ever answers the phone or returns an email. Not sure why they ignore the problem which seems to fester. I guarantee that if Waste Management came to the area they would offer twice a week junk removal at the same price and on a reliable schedule.

I have 4 cans with them called & asked them to roll them all in to one bill, first months were great no problems. Now it won’t let me pay as 1 & now get 5 bills..(?). Also have called about a broken wheel & 8months later still broken. Also 2 cans have been stolen or missing & they told me I would have to buy them & I asked how do I know one of my neighbors mistakenly took mine they said they have no record of who’s can are who’s. So what’s the point of having #s on the cans?... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!....

NOT pleased with their service! I used their online portal paid my bill and I got my bill for the month basically saying it wasn’t paid! They shut me off and stopped service and on the day that I was to be picked up and ofcourse full! I had a pre auth on my bank account and it didn’t matter. I also spoke to Heather/ Supervisor whom basically said Well.. sounds like you don’t have enough money in your account! I have noticed trash pick up is hardly ever on Wednesday anymore. last week, it wasn't picked up at all. but they sure didn't hesitate to bring me my requested 2nd can within 2 days of asking for it. I have 2 weeks of trash that hasn't been picked up. I called and asked about the route and it was supposedly picked up. thats not true. it's like they dont care anymore. I have had Tabor for 5 years and have never had problems with them (now ameritex) untill this year.

You were once again a day late picking up trash and left most of the bags in the garbage bin , like someone only removed the one on top. You said in the phone call someone would be out to empty this container and here it is Tuesday and not a dang thing done and tomorrow once again is supposedly trash day. You don’t forget to send your bill and expect to be paid in full and on time. What a poor way to run a business.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. Will not pick up trash on any regular basis. Will not return calls or respond to emails. I have posted a complaint on the KLTV Facebook page in hopes that they will do a story a lot these scammers. If you have received poor service please go to the kltv Facebook page and look for my post and comment with your own experience. Sick of paying for a service that is not being done.
