this is the 3rd or 4th time we've been missed, had good service when they took over Republican Services, just need our trash picked up!! we pay our bills on time.
Missed pick up, blamed it on me. Terrible customer service!!! Cancelled service!!
RecommendedI called earlier this week spoke with Keith -- I believe that was his name . Someone dumped a full size mattress in our yard-- we live in the county. I called and was told they could remove it with our regular service on Friday -- well it is trash day and they took it I am so thankful for their help in removing the mattress -- and it is so sad someone would dump a mattress like that. In the past 8 months my trash has been picked up twice. They steadily send bills charging late fees and for a replacement can because they are too lazy to retrieve the one currently at my house. Their website will not take my payment and nobody will answer phone calls or emails.
I have service with them. I can’t get anyone to call back. For additional services.
Switched to Ameri-Tex nearly a year ago when having issues with Hanna’s and have never had any issues! My 2 year old daughter is currently obsessed with all big trucks right now and the people who operate them (trash, fire, ambulances, etc). Our garbage man just made her day by just being friendly and honking for her! Thank you all for all you do each week!
Your CSR's are very rude y'all need to seriously work on your customer service!!!
Very unsatisfied! I put our trash out for pick up the night before (as our driver picks it up around 5 am) and they didn't pickup my trash. my neighbor across the street had their trash picked up but they said our ticket was marked that we didn't put ours out. CSR rep basically called me a liar. RUDE!!!
well one they do pick up half your trash on Friday when your pick up day is Thursday then you come home from work to see a trail of your trash bags all the way up the street the least they could do is answer the phone
