they dont pick up trash as scheduled. they are rude when you call and were supposed to pick up trash yesterday for my mother at her porch and boxes, but didn't. I would not use them at all, sorry trash service and service
Didn't pick up trash today and got a letter saying they didn't receive my payment...my payment is an automatic draft. NO COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. I was told by my neighbor that they had stopped auto draft....news to me...I am pissed.
Stop leaving the trash cans in the street. Put them back where they got them from. Mail wont deliver when trash can blocks the street. Now someone ran over my trash can. Way to go with lazy personnel Ameri-tex
RecommendedThey bought my previous trash service company and honored the year’s worth of payments I had already made. Pickup resumed when they said it would and continued on time until this week. My trash was not picked up on the designated day so I contacted them on-line the next day. The pickup was made within an hour of contacting them. Everybody slips up occasionally and they corrected the mistake as soon as I notified them. To me that’s good service.
no one has picked up my trash in two weeks. what's the deal? they won't even answer the phone
Sorry excuse for trash pickup. They can’t even hold true to their own policy for leaf pickup. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I'm soooo irritated with this company . Due to the holidays trash pickup was pushed back a day. My trash did not get picked up. Sent a missed pick up email the next morning and was ignored. Tried to call today and every time I call music plays and then I’m disconnected. When I finally reached someone she put me on hold and then I was disconnected. I finally used the chat feature on their webpage and wS told that the driver marked my trash “picked up”. Well, it wasn’t. We are fairly new customers, living in Montalba, Tx. We had GMan, but they re-zoned their service, not coming to Montalba anymore, so Ameri-Tex took over. They never pick up on the day they are scheduled. This week they were supposed to pick up a day late, due to the holiday, so Thursday we had our trash out. Was never picked up. I called yesterday morning to see when they would be coming, and the girl told me we were on schedule for the day.
