It was really hot in that house last night. Took me quite some time to fall asleep. Woke up this morning, cool, surprisingly. Until i went upstairs to get ready. Needed another shower when i was finally dressed. And then I stepped outside this morning to go to the car and it was like air conditioning. Too bad we live in a world where we can't sleep outside on our porches. Lol hope you had a good night. Looking forward to eating my greens for lunch.
They came out late, but they were able to provide coolant for my AC; however, they did not explain much about services provided. I needed to have another company come out a couple of weeks later for the same issue and they provided more information for me to fix/replace/clean the unit.
The tech who came to our home was very polite and helpful. Their prices were reasonable and again, our tech was very knowledgable and was happy to explain exactly what was happing with our system.
Very customer service oriented.
