Professional and ontime
good communications; able to work me in day before my scheduled appointment so I had one less night with no ac; extremely reasonable pricing; nice people!
Very responsive. AC quit one evening, and I put in the request for help around 12:30 AM. Got a call a 7AM: OK if we come at 9AM this morning? Hell yes!! He came and fixed it. Was very professionalWhat more can I say?
They showed on time and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He adjusted my A/C so it's now running much better! Thanks!
Great customer service! Lateness due to traffic issues which were out of the technicians control. Knowledgeable, friendly staff were totally professional & did not try to overestimate work or cost. Owner called to verify appointment & notified me when tech was stuck in traffic with estimated arrival time. Brought correct parts and worked quickly to correct my issue(s)!
