Able to quickly identify and solve the actual problem that several other companies did not/could not.
I do not mind paying an experienced service man $95 an hour. But to be charged $310 for a part that cost is at most $180 ... is price gouging. I was also charged for his time waiting for the part ...

The temperatures have been in the single digits and we were able to squeeze the customer in with same day service and were able to fix the problem that day. Unfortunately, due to many systems we service we physically cannot stock every part for every heating system on the market. A good company . If they hadn't given the guy the wrong address number it'd be great! Luckily he was just down the street.
They recommended replacement of the blower in my boiler for a cost of $935. I thought that rather high since material cost is $321 and replacement is supposed to be an easy job.

The inducer motor is the correct terminology of the part. When we install a part we warranty the part and labor for 30 days. If you were to buy the part you will also need to purchase shipping and taxes. We also have markup to put on the parts in order to pay our bills as a buisness and the knowledge the techs have earned.
