Excellent service.
A little pricey up front, but they stood by their work. When the problem returned, they were back immediately and fixed the problem without additional charges. I would definitely use again.
Heater stopped during the Polar vortex, on a Sat, 1 call , the tech was on time, took time to explained the problem, fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. This is now my go to heat and A/C company. Thank You Shawn and Ambient Cooling and Heating
Competitive bid, and arrived on time. Qualified, professional technicians. Per my request, installed a new oil fired hot water heater as a heat pump helper to replace a 20 year old system. Part way into the job, additional problems were discovered with the existing exhaust system. Bryan was able to diagnose the issues, offer affordable solutions, and complete the installation within a short time frame.

Just a bit pricey.
They saved me hundreds of dollars, I called Blue dot I was told within 20 minutes or so that they cant fix and needed new furnace, they didn't even try I was pissed !!!! Ambient came the next day fixed the problem They were honest and understood the problem they took the time to explore the need as for blue dot they didn't even explore what options !!!!!!
I called Ambient cooling and heating after another company gave me a very high price to change out my faulty gas valve. A tech came out just a couple of hours after my initial call, he was very pleasant to deal with and explained to me the issue and solution. I was happy to hear that they were quoting me less than half the other company’s asking price.
